She was there to answer any concerns, or questions I had; which put my mind at ease. I was able to purchase my vehicle without worrying about the little things. Erica organised an seamless transaction, and had everything all tied up neatly with a bow.

We have purchased our last two vehicles from Erica and are very happy with both the vehicles and the deals we got. Erica went to bat for us on both occasions to rectify issues we had with the vehicles. She seems to be respected by her manager so we feel our needs and concerns are well represented. On top of that she's a good person.
