I have now purchased two cars from Natalie Gowland (@carsbynatalie) and I must say the experience was phenomenal. Her customer service skills are on point and she really dialed in on my needs and was able to get the deal done in a fair and honest manner. She went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. She even drove one of the cars and hand delivered it to us here in Waterloo. Don't look anywhere else. We recently had a break service done on our Honda Pilot that we purchased here a few years ago. I want to specifically say that Jeff in the service department when above and beyond to help us out. We have a three kids under six (including a baby) and had trouble being able to pick up the vehicle after servicing as I work long hours out of town. Jeff arranged for our vehicle to be dropped off at our house. It was a lifesaver as we needed the truck the following day. Thank you so much!
