Erica, What can I say! I have never met anyone who was so honest, trustworthy and reliable. Erica really went out of her way for my family. I wouldn’t trust someone I didn’t know and I did with Erica. I don’t give out reviews easily but we have had our CRV for over 6 months now without an issue and your service is 5 star! We love it! The service here was absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a car and James Wright was absolutely amazing. He was patient with me and my parents and was very considerate about every question I asked. This location is also amazing because they had been so careful with COVid and the regulations. They cleaned the car before and after we used it and made sure to keep 6 feet apart. Very happy with not only the service of buying the car and speaking with James but also with how clean they were!! I hope I won't have to buy a new car soon since I absolutely love mine but if I do it will definitely be by James Wright once again. Thank you so much!!

Casey sold us a 2012 Odyssey that had just come on the lot back in October. He was very quick and responsive, took seriously all our questions, and went above and beyond in getting things looked at for us. We were so pleased and are still so happy with our new (used) vehicle! We'd recommend Casey and Brantford Honda to anyone.

Thank you to Calvin and Krista for making the process so easy for me! This is my first time owning a car on my own and I was so nervous. Calvin and Krista made sure I was comfortable with everything. They walk me through every step of the way, answered all the questions I had. They are amazing at what they do and now I know why my family comes back every time they get a new car!
