The reason for buying a new car is to enjoy the peace of mind and warranty of the new Car. their employees do not care for after sale service or their client satisfaction. Once you bought the car, you stuck with them. I bought a new car from them, I used the summer tires for only 3 months then I bought a new winter tires, when I tried to put my summer tires back, one of them had an issue that was identified as a result of road hazard. They informed me then that these tires has no warranty and I need to chase the manufacture my self, they did not give me any registration number for the product and refused to provide any real assistance, when I contacted the business manager who transferred to her boss, he said that he can not provide any help. I went to Costco to get the same tire, and for my luck, i found another person with the same road hazard issue with the same tire manufacturer, and of course, Costco was replacing this tire for free. I will not recommend these guys to anyone for the bad after sales service that they have.

This review is for the sales department. I recently bought a 2019 GTI. I want to commend Bytek, and particularly Kris Peshek for the great experience. I never felt pressured or rushed. He answered all of my questions with patience. They found the perfect car for me and it even came in early. Kris spent over an hour with me to help me understand the features and new technology when I picked up my car. Friendly, professional service. Thank you!

Avi Agulnik was an absolute delight to work with today. Hes professional, funny and down to earth. We were there for a maintenance and he made the visit way less painful and did everything he could to help us out!
