It’s hard to get a timely appointment when something goes wrong as the waiting list is long. I’ve used my car warranty at this dealership about 4-5 times and decided it wasn’t the right VW for me. Jenna at the service desk is wonderful and very efficient.

This dealer was amazing with us. We leased a 2019 VW Jetta R line in May and low and behold did we not end up being rear ended only about an hour later which totalled the car. Bytek stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process and assisted us in leasing the exact same car with one exception we had to upgrade to the R Line Plus and we were helped out tremendously. Huge shoutout to JD, Andrew, Rebecca and Lesley for everything.

Amazing experience buying a car! Had an accident within an hour of picking up my new car and they were great in dealing with us and getting me my replacement vehicle. Thanks to JD and Andrew for all their help, and Rebecca and Leslie from the finance dept.
