THIS IS WHY I WILL ONLY SHOP AT NURSE WENT IN TODAY AT 7:30 AM CAUSE OF A KNOCKING FEEL EVERY TIME I TURNED, IT TURNS OUT THAT MY FLOOR MATE WAS PUSHED UP AGAINST THE STEERING COLUMN, NOT ONLY WAS I NOT CHARGED A FEE BUT THEY PUT MY CAR THOUGH THE CAR WASH THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE DURHAM AREA. This is the second time we have dealt with this dealership in the last 2 years and both times they have went above and beyond selling us a used vehicle. I dealt with Wayne Siberry both times and he is a very professional and non-pressure sales person. He was able to get me the deal I asked for without counter offers and Julia made sure the paperwork went efficiently and found the most competitive financial company for my deal. I was originally referred to Nurse by a friend who had bought from them and I would do the same. Dale

great customer service

picked my car up at the end of the day (5:20pm) the day of the big ice storm. My car was sitting outside all day and had a thick coating of ice on it. As I was scraping the ice, a service person named Patrick saw me from inside, came outside and offered to complete the ice removal. He asked me to go ahead and wait inside while he completely removed all of the ice off my car, then came inside, handed me my keys and thanked me for being a loyal Nurse customer. That was service above and beyond anything I expected. Thanks, Ken.

We had issues with our GMC truck. Other dealers said there was nothing more they could do but Nurse fixed the problem. We are always very happy with their prompt service and knowledge. They will always be our first choice service centre for all our vehicles.
