Came in for a front end repair and new tires. Munzir suggested I buy a car from them and not to do the repairs. I told them it’s not in my budget. Do not go to this place for any mechanic work. Nick Sufan (owner) also asked me to take down my review and give these guys a good one. Hopefully they don’t hold my car hostage

I got a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Empire in 2020 and recently traded it in for a 2019 Chevy Equinox. I’ve never had any problems with my previous car, and so far so good with my new car! I would recommend this place to anyone! :) *** just to add to this HONEST review the 1 star reviews from Catherine R and Ski and whoever else she is getting to reviews this place are completely fake and these people have NEVER done business with this dealership. They are attempting to speak on behalf of my friend and her situation that has NOTHING to do with them. Please don’t take any of their reviews seriously :)*** I’m a long time customer and is my brother who has had 2 cars with them as well with NO issues with them or their mechanic department.

Scammers! Stay away from the “repair” department. Quote went from $1300 to $5800 said it’s unsafe to drive, that we need to get it fixed. Came to pick up the car and magically the price went down and the technician made a “mistake” ***Edit Was told to take down this review, multiple times.

This is my first time posting a Google review. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Empire Auto Group. The customer service I received from all the staff was excellent! I would like to thank Sam for being so very very patient with me in chosing a vehicle. I never felt rushed and Sam helped me find the right vehicle that was suited for me. Sam went above and beyond to help me. The whole process from start to finish was great. I am so happy I chose to get my vehicle from Empire Auto Group. Thank you to Nick, Sam, Hesham, and everyone at Empire Auto Group. I will definitely refer my family and friends to you guys. Thank you again!!!...I love my car!!!

I had Arlene as my saleswoman! I enjoyed working with her as she's professional, fun and motivated! She gave me lots of options to choose from for vehicles and I'm pretty happy with my end result! She handled my harassment (for my car) very well, and in the end came through on all of her promises! I will definitely be recommending her to my friends! ❤️
