I came in last week to look for my first car, and I was helped by Savannah! She was so kind, and helpful! I got a 2022 Elantra with low interest and I absolutely love it!! Savannah with Empire Auto was absolutely amazing! I was having trouble getting a car because of my bad credit, and then I found my magical car fairy godmother in Savannah, and she helped get me the car I wanted most in life, in my budget, and worked with my poor credit! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. 100/10 would recommend to any and everyone!

Savannah helped find the right Jeep for me! New 2020 Jeep Wrangler, especially since the interest rates were so low I was hooked! Savannah made the process of buying a vehicle fun, I was always in touch with her via text if I had any questions/concerns! She definitely went above and beyond with my purchase. Where can I begin. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this company in my car buying experience. Both occasions have been smooth, and painless. The vehicles have proven to be substantial. I travel from Brampton to London to be serviced by them, and its totally worth it. The staff members are AMAZING! This time around I had the pleasure of working with a young lady name Savannah. She was welcoming, easy to talk to and very attentive. Savannah and her team were efficient with every step of the process. Sorting out financing, signing of documents, arranging for detailing of the vehicle, safety testing and passing as well as licensing. She made is so effortless for me I found it more stressful getting insurance, than buy the car. I could write a novel on the service I got but ultimately it will be just to say....EMPIRE GROUP LONDON is an AMAZING PLACE to purchase your vehicle. I will be back in two years for another vehicle and I CAN'T WAIT! Thank you Savannah and team!!

Wanted to share my experience with Nick (the owner) he has gone above and beyond to rectify a problem I have been dealing with at this location. Nick has worked during his off time to come to a solution that works for both parties. Nick, thank you for taking control of this and making things right and correcting the errors of your staff member. You were amazing to work with and have again given me faith in the car world. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is! These guys got me the lowest interest rate on my Jeep Wrangler. They installed a backup camera for me and got me rubber floor mats. They have a welcoming environment with very friendly staff. The massage chairs are to die for and they offer coffee as well while you wait. When I was going through the time my Jeep was overheating, they took care of me. They drove me home and back to the dealership. They validated my feelings of frustration with the issue. They gave me a loaner car to use to get to work while they were fixing my Jeep. Most importantly, they resolved the problem and my baby is back to normal. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you want a place that genuinely cares about you and your investment, this is the place for you!
