Don't by a car here .when they repair the cars thy buy they cut corners on the service causing their customers issues as manufacturers warranty are voided on required repairs cause they don't follow needed process for repairs

I don’t normally leave reviews but this dealership and Osman deserve a true 5 star rating. I recently filled out a thing online looking for a new vehicle and was reached out to by multiple dealers i then purchased a vehicle from a dealer that was the absolute worst experience I have ever had right from the start and was really not even happy with what I was forced into. 3 weeks later received a call from Osman from Empire auto within 6 hours he had me in a absolutely gorgeous Ford explore and the process was so easy and painless was an absolute pleasure to work with this dealership and will most definitely be a return customer thanks again Osman

Absolutely phenomenal customer service ! Sam expedited the delivery of my new vehicle after explaining my situation, and did so with the up most enthusiasm and eagerness ! making the entirety of the process smoother than shea butter. my older brother has purchased with Empire before, and referred me. I will definitely making my future purchases with Empire, as well as recommending them to any & everybody looking to get themselves into a beautiful, reasonably priced vehicle 11/10
