Horrible service. Was there with a friend to get a loaner car and we were made to wait 40 mins before even being attended to.

Hi Gregoire- and we are so sorry about the long wait. It turned out that another employee accidently had the keys to your loaner in their pocket, so it took some time to track down the keys. We aplologize for the inconvenience and hope that we can continue to assist you with the servicing of your VW.
