Just had a great experience buying a used truck. Sam and Tom were extremely helpful. They had a solution for any problem we might have had and made custom changes to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. They even fixed the flat we had on the vehicle we were trading in while we waited for the new one. They really went above and beyond. Thanks guys

I did not start out having the best of experience with this dealership. I did not feel I could trust my salesman. I felt very in the dark. I then called the dealership and spoke with a man named Hesham Soufan directly. And he was extremely professional. Very quick to reply and follow through on his word. He did what he could as fast as he could to ensure I was perfectly content with my purchase. Provided me with his personal phone number for any inquiries I may have and provided me with a service I was happy with. Since this interaction I am more than happy to change my review from 2 stars to 5 based on this person alone. Thank you Hesham for turning this experience into a decent one.

We had a great experience. Arlene was especially helpful. It was a seamless transaction. When I picked the vehicle up I had to be super quick and Arlene was literally running around trying to be as fast as possible LOL. My brother also got $200 cheque for referring me.
