Terrible customer service after purchase. Been back 4 times in 6 months and I have to pay for every small thing that should have been done under original safety.

I’ve been working with Empire Auto Group for about four years and Sam, our dealer, has always been great! I’ve gotten three cars from them so far. I’ll continue working with them too and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I was lied to and deceived so they could get their sale

If you have credit issues they can certainly help. If you want the full truth and no lies you will want to go somewhere else. Sam and Sean told us we could reapply for financing after 6 months so that I could potentially no longer be a co-signer so they could make the sale. 6 months later when we called them on it they changed their stories informing us that it would have to be at least 9 months plus we would have to trade the car in for another one. But hey they made their sale. Do not deal with these hustlers. Find a place with integrity and honesty

Terrible customer service salesman pushy

Terrible salesman pushed a car for my daughter without explaining anything or even speaking to the co signer. Now won't even speak to her or make arrangements with a vehicle they say she purchased.

Worse place to deal with. All they care about is a sale. Lack of customer service no business matters. Scammed a young lady that had 0 clue as to what was even happening. Great business Owner won't even respond to her to help sort the situation

I had to cancel because it wasn’t going to work and now they are still taking my money and I don’t even have the car and they are reselling the car I even have picture proof

If you are looking for a good car and unexpected service by dealer then must visit empire auto group and meet deepak. I just purchased a car from him and he was very kind and giving you a best suggestion according to your preference of car. Deepak was very helpful and strive to give all kind of services that customer wants from dealer while purchasing car. If you are planning a car must visit empire auto group and meet deepak there. Overall all representative was good and having skilled technicians with them. Such a nice experience with them.
