I had the opportunity to deal with several individuals at Empire auto during my transaction process at Empire auto group, but Shawn, Sam & Hesham made sure I got what I needed at the end of the process!. Shawn Uz took the time to listen and answered any questions I may have had, and if he didn’t know, he would proactively inquire with his colleagues, regarding my concerns, noted I had a lot of questions, due to previous experience at a different dealership. So thanks Shawn, for your diligence, and thank you Sam for your patience and understanding. Thank you Hesham for genuine support during this process. A big shoutout also to Moe & Richard from the service department who went over & beyond to provide a safe vehicle to me, and to Ann at the front desk, for always greeting me when I arrived. I am confident, they will do what’s right and base upon my experience, they will do the best they can to make a customer happy in their best interests. Happy Customer, and I shall return when it’s time for a new purchase!

Sam has been the most amazing person to deal with in regards to the purchase of my vehicle. He has worked harder than anyone else ever has to get me the type of vehicle I wanted, was transparent and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Very happy with the vehicle, the purchase process and the customer service. Absolutely recommend buying from here to anyone considering it. Keep up the great work guys!

The agent that I am dealing with is Shawn Uz. He is very kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable and a good understanding of elderly people. Patient with questions of people who are not knowledgeable with loans etc. I would recommend Shawn Uz to any one buying from Empire.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn Uz and Sam when purchasing my new-to-me car. I was a little doubtful that they could help me due to my specific and difficult financial situation, but they must've gone to Hogwarts because they worked some magic! They worked quickly and efficiently, and got me into a beautiful vehicle that I absolutely love and that I could afford. Everyone from the receptionist, sales office, service counter, and financial office was professional, empathetic to my situation and made it work for all of us. It was my first time dealing with them, but it will not be the last!

Very disappointed with the sales person I dealt with for the past 3 weeks. I purchased a 2018 jeep wrangler jk unlimited sahara and it took almost a mth to just to get it delivered to me. Had to put a huge deposit down and was promised that it had everything that I ask for. Android auto backup camera and apple car play. Finally got the Jeep and found out that it had nothing of the above. Made Several attempts to fix the problem without having to go this route. Have everything through txt promising me that the problem would get dealt with and I had nothing to worry about. Then Finally was told if I go and Purchase everything then I would be able to get my money Credited back. Now its been almost a month and have not gotten anything solved

I have gotten 2 cars from them and I will never go back. They never give you a second car key lied to me about how much the trade is was. Nick is the biggest scamer of them all. I wouldn't trust them with anything not even an oil change kyle sam and nick the owner are the 3 worst people in there They don't help ppl they care only about their cut in 6 years when I get out of the mess they put me I I'll be going to a real dealership. It's a shame first time buyers they do this to I'm very new to buying cars and I went alone big mistake
