I tried going to Bytek for a Lease end a month before my lease was coming to an end I had repeatedly tried contacting them, leaving messages, ensuring me that a sales person will contact me back on 4 separate occasions. Due to there not being Fee they can charge I assume they ignored me completely. Finally when I did use their Automated booking system for an appointment on VWfinancier, they informed me they couldn’t for another month. I truly doubt that returning a vehicle would take more than a few seconds. The only reason its not a 1 star is because I went to Bytek auto for a lease transfer in 2017, which they handled well.

Bought a brand new car that had a defect, that happens and it's okay. Service seemed like they were very helpful at first and I came in and was told that they ordered a part for me which would be in by the end of the week. That was over three weeks ago. I called to check in and they had zero record of ordering the part and zero record of me even coming in. They told me they would figure it out and call me back within a day. Never got a call. Never got a status. Five phone calls and three weeks later, we still have no resolution. There was no manager available for over a week. At this point my confidence in the service here is non existant and my issue is not being taken seriously at all. Editting this review because, although slow, they did provide great customer service after having put the review in and the problem has been fixed for some time now. And since then I have had no issues at this dealership

Hi Pierre, We're sorry that we didn't provide the proper service to your vehicle in a timely manner. Ron our Parts Manager, is currently dealing with VW to determine the correct shifter boot assembly for your vehicle. The VW parts catalogue lists 2 different numbers for the same item. Ron has the case on the go and as soon as the manufacture can provide part number and item, we will contact you for installation. Please accept our apologies and are sorry that this has taken the length of time to resolve.
