I bought my Tiguan here in May 2018. I dealt with Mark who was new to the team, but he did not come across as pushy. I genuinely felt that he wanted me to be certain I would be happy with the vehicle I purchased. I was shopping between different brands and focused on comparing numbers, but he insisted I go for a test drive. Despite being annoyed at the time, he knew what he was doing and in the end I settled on the Tiguan. I went back twice for service, once for defects and once for regular maintenance. The first visit was abysmal, taking twice as long as I expected. They were short staffed that day but were not proactive in telling customers. You won't be disappointed by Bytek, I would give 4.5 stars if I could, because they fall just short of 5.

Bytek is great. I recently purchased a 2019 Jetta Highline, there was no pressure, no taking advantage of me! The service has been super. I had to schedule work today and from parts to service, it has been a great experience. I never thought I could say that from a dealership before :)

I have sadly resorted to this to try to get my issue with this dealership resolved. They repaired my VW after an accident and this repair was rusting less than 3 years later..took the car in LAST fall and they told me it would be fixed by the spring..it's now over a year...keep getting the run around... these things take time they said (over a year!!!), file gone cold...will investigate, would never take my car to this bodyshop, they don't stand behind their work.
