I had a great experience with Mark Zinck and Rebecca Nickerson while getting my 16 Golf R. This was a hard car to find, and when I did Mark made sure to keep me updated on the cars timeline for arrival and CPO inspection process. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I would recommend Mark to anyone thinking of going to Bytek VW. Same can be said for Rebecca, she was kind, and willing to help at any time.

Hard to give one star to a place I used to like. If I could, I would rate the sales at 5 stars, the service at 3 and the body shop at negative 5. Avoid dealing with Bytek body shop for corrosion at all costs.
