Just picked up my new MDX this morning from Acura of Hamilton. Julia Lioris was a fantastic sales consultant from the time I first walked in the front door until I drove off into the sunset. No pressure, no hassle. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable about how to set everything up. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Acura. P.S. My son had his Acura serviced there for over 10 years and had nothing but great things to say, so I hope the tradition continues.

I just need to tell everyone that is in the market for a new car the superior customer service I just receive from my salesperson Julia was over the top. We had an issue and she followed up and followed up and we got the issue resolved She knows her business and she knows cars I would totally recommend her and this dealership without question. They will try to add all type of insurance and raise the price of the vehicle. They also didnt disclose the total price of the car, but rather showed me the biweekly payments and the term.

Hi Stanely.. 9 months ago when you purchased the vehicle you were shown the price of the vehicle , you asked for biweekly payments and to be shown different terms and with your father asked for different protection packages , you and your father chose which protection & insurance package and financing term best suited you. Not sure why 8 months ago you left a 5 star review and now you are changing it for the second time. All the best enjoy your vehicle and the winters that were included at no charge.

Great service and prices! We bought a used MDX Elite. Julia was very helpful and arranged everything we needed. The car was very clean and they even did some touchup work to make car look like new. I would strongly recommend Julia and Acura of Hamilton.

I bought a car here last week. Julia was my saleswoman and she was amazing. She was so nice and so helpful and not pushy at all. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Julia was very helpful with our purchase of a pre-owned Honda Civic Hatchback that they had received as a trade-in. The transaction went smoothly. I wish all dealerships were as professional and relaxed as Acura of Hamilton.
