Extremely disgusted by the unprofessionalism of Jackson’s Toyota and their inability to handle customer service with positivity and grace. These photos are AFTER photos for an “Ultimate” detailing package. After the initial poor job, they said they would reclean it. I spent another entire day off to bring it in and this is what was received after allegedly cleaning it again. (Note that the first time they wanted to keep my car overnight to clean, yet the second time it was magically complete within a couple of hours) I was obviously unhappy with this result. When I asked to speak to a manager, they pushed it off and said I would receive a call the next Monday. I did not receive a call from a manager but instead from a very rude employee named Tara. When I voiced my concerns regarding this being unacceptable, I was told “they are not reimbursing you and is what it is basically”— those exact words. The employee was very negative and condescending throughout the entire interaction. In the end, they offered an oil change. In what world is this an acceptable $350 +tax detailing job? My car is only 6 years old and other than the sand in the mats from paddle boarding over the summer, it was not in horrendous condition to begin with. Ironically, the mats were the only part of my vehicle that was adequately cleaned. Richmond Hill Toyota is far superior in every way; and although I live in Barrie, I will make the trip to Richmond Hill for their incredible kind service and professionalism. Please do not waste your time and money here.

I guess I should have read some of these reviews beforehand, that's my fault and it wouldn'thappen again. Also, if you don't like feedback then you should remove this option. Please read the entire think and then come to your own conclusions. Currently my rating is 3-Stars but this could easily be zero and still time to change. My highlander needed service and we have been looking to find a new dealership since we moved. So I found Jackson Toyota and scheduled an appointment. I was given one 3-weeks from the time I called and looking forward to getting my car fixed. Since the original conversation and scheduled, I have received about 6-calls confirming my appointment, several text etc.., I thought to myself this is great service. On the day if my appointment I showed up about 20-mins beforehand and that's when the fun started... I knew what was wrong with my car because I do have a great scanner and I also had another machenic scanned it for me to be sure. My service advisor told me that regardless they have to rescan it and that would be about $300.00. That's painful money for unemployed person but I need the car fixed...Now comes the fun part... I have a scheduled appointment from 3-weeks ago at 10:30am on the 5th of December with 6-follow-up calls, text etc., confirming my appointment...only to tell me we don't have anyone available to look at your car until after 1pm??? Think about this for a second, you called me 6-times and texted me several times, and nowhere in these conversations did you indicate that you didn't have available services reps to service my car...I would like to think i am a reasonable person and would consider another date and time because shit happens, but you didn't say anything. This is just unacceptable and very poor customer service in my humble opinion. I thought I had it bad but in the waiting room there were several folks waiting patiently for several hours to get routine stuff done with appointments several weeks back, how??? I know shit happens but you have a problem... So I live about 20 to 25 minutes away but there is no courtesy car and they will not uber us home. However, they will uber us to the mall which is about the same distance to my home? Fast forward, at about 3pm we got picked up from the mall and returned to the dealership. I was told the part is backorder and will take a few days... I did a follow up call last week and was told we will call you by the end of the week. Tomorrow is the 16th and I am still waiting for the part that would take a few and along with the callback...now I am reasonable and I know it's the holidays but people are still working, getting paid to do their jobs and we need our vehicles fixed to get around... The part should be free, including the services, it's called "customer service". My two cents for what's it worth.

Just wanted to book an appointment for my brand new Toyota Tundra because from beginning I had a trouble to open my rear trunk and the front lights didn't change on automatic mode to low or high beam light , they said we do have a spot in 3 weeks, OK that's fine, no choice. After 3 weeks I took a day off from work and provided to them my truck with explanation to them what's wrong with my truck to Service person with name Derek. He said sorry we can't check both issues same day you need to book another appointment for this " GOOD JOB DEREK KEEP GOING ON THIS MANNER AND YOU AND TOYOTA JACKSON WILL GET A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS " !!! He even didn't want to hear me with respect to me that I already bought a couple of trucks from them, that I waited 3 weeks for a brand new truck appointment, I took a day off. Zero understanding, they don't care about their customers. After all this he said that someone will contact me in a day or two for to book an appointment and what do you think ? NOBODY CALLED ME BACK!? GOOD JOB DEREK AND TOYOTA JACKSON, KEEP GOING LIKE THAT !!! AND YOU WILL BE BEST IN RATES !!! Left the car and afternoon calling me DEREK and said that it was no time to check my car he apologize that tomorrow somewhere will check my car . UNBELIEVABLE!!! GOOD JOB GUYS!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEST SERVICE. Finally next they said nothing wrong with the car without to check my LOW/HIGH BEAM LIGHT. After a couple of weeks I figure out by myself that It is not enough to put the light on "AUTO" but need also to push an "AUTO" button under the steering wheel then it started to work well. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL GUYS, THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY PEOPLE COMPLAINTS THEY JUST NEEDED TO PUSH THIS BUTTON AND THAT'S IT BUT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ME, THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME IT WOULD TAKE ONLY A SECOND TO THEM FOR NOT TO WAIT WEEKS AND WEEKS AGAIN FOR APPOINTMENT WHICH THEY SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY CAR FOR ALL DAY . THIS IS CRAZY. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE TOYOTA JACKSON TEAM , YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR REPUTATION AND NAME. THIS IS JUST A HONESTY STORY WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME AND I JUST WANT TO WARN THE PEOPLE AND TELL THEM WHAT AWAITS THEM . IT IS SO BAD AND SAD.

BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP , THEY WILL HAVE OTHER SALESPERSONS OR MANAGERS SELLING THE CAR YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN THE DEALERSHIP MAKING A DEAL ON AND PIN YOU AGAINST THEM AND THEN SELL THE VEHICLE FROM UNDER YOU: please read my story to hopefully save you a horrible experience. -I came into this dealership after a few days of talking with a salesperson on the used vehicles side … I drove 1h45 mins one way and they knew that … me and the salesman go and test drive the vehicle …. Then come back and are working out the deal … at this point there is only me, the salesman and the manager in the building … fast forward 20 mins later a person shows up and ends up in the managers office … the salesman with me is constantly having to run back and forth from me to his manager ( which has this other person in his office ) so we work out the deal almost fully (they have this “mandatory” service plan for $699 which isn’t something I need so was negotiating to have it removed …meanwhile the manger has this other person still in his office and I get told this other person is about to buy the same truck I have now been here for since 10 am …. It’s now 12:30 ….so the used car manager has been doing this in the back ground …. Pretty shady in my eyes ! I made an appointment the day before to come in … they knew I was driving 1h45 mins one way to get there, also while someone is there with a deal on paper just working out the small stuff … you don’t go and sell the truck underneath from that person (me) … that’s the worst business principles I have ever seen nvm all the sudden I was in the middle of it. This dealership has VERY VERY poor mangers , the manager tried to turn it on me and say it was my fault that I didn’t get the truck mean while I’m in there as the customer…. this clearly shows how they operate in a sales environment … if they act like this with sales I can’t imagine what their parts or service department is like. Please do yourself a massive favour and go visit any OTHER Toyota dealer in GTA OTHER then Jackson’s as the way they go about business is high pressure sales tactics and is not professional one bit. I hope their owner reads this and realizes that the people he or she’s has representing the “Jacksons” name are doing these types of sales tactics to potential customers. Whoever owns this dealership or is the overall manager should be throughly ashamed of having these types of employees representing their dealership name !
