Horrendous dealership and service. We were supposed to pick up our new car today but CHRISTINE didn’t even bother to call us to let us know that the pick up has been pushed to Tuesday. They said he was going to call us yesterday but never did. They did not call today either - WE had to call and find out it’s been pushed to Tuesday. We have already made the changes to the insurance too so now we have to revert that. CHRISTINE is either a massive RACIST or inept at their job. We were going to drive from Toronto to Barrie FOR NOTHING. Shame on YOU CHRISTINE.

Ordered Running Boards for my new vehicle were currently not in stock at dealership on a Friday. Item was available at the warehouse. Expectation was set part would be available next week. Received text message Saturday afternoon indicating parts were in. Picked up Monday Parts desk volunteered to load directly into my vehicle. When I saw size of box was glad they did it. Great Service.

Great experience. Right from calling in to make my appointment. To the followup calls and texts to remind me the service was exceptional. The service advisor was Shiv Om and he made us feel welcome. Shiv kept us in the loop during the wait and patiently answered my questions. Looking forward to the fall visit.
