Took the time to figure out what I was looking for and kept me updated very regularly when new vehicles that met my criteria were on the lot. Very appreciative of the effort Chris put in to assist. My experience at Jackson's Toyota was fantastic, all thanks to Dmitry. He was incredibly friendly, well-informed, and never made me feel pressured. Dmitry guided me through the entire process effortlessly, helping me find a great deal. I highly recommend him for his outstanding service!

I was having my car repaired and Dona Pereira helped me through the process. She was courteous and very professional. Also, Dona was very patient with me. First time I'd taken my car in and she even answered all of the my silly questions and steered me down the right path. She put up with me for two days! Thank you so much.

Cheating place .... all other Toyota services charging $100 + tax for oil change for rav4 but this jackson's toyota charging $137 .... don't ever go here .... cheaters ....

Came in with an older Matrix with transmission error lights popping up. Using my own scan tool i found the code, which I gave to them. For their diagnostic I was charged for 1 hour shop time ($160) with the only work being done was a visual inspection and another scan, with recommendation of going further with internal inspection of the transmission. Not only was this information already known, which I shared with them, but the car was not even given a test drive to even feel see how the transmission is acting (ODO in and out is 1km). After talking to the service manager, he proceeded to ask why I even bothered coming to Toyota, and why I didn't go elsewhere. Magically, the charge was dropped to 1/2 hour of shop time. Was the car even looked at for the full hour? I still don't see the price as fair at all, as it was nearly $100 to be told a diagnostic code already known. A $4 supply fee was also added as a 'standard fee' on all services (Derrick explained), a deceptive practice. This is my first and last time going to Jackson's Toyota

I have just received my first new car that is mine only. I ordered a Corolla Hatchback in March 2024 and it finally arrived. My salesperson was Matthew Mitchell and he is very professional, personable and very intuitive. He made suggestions on add ons that he thought would look good on the car to make it more sporty looking. He was right on and I fully trusted him and his opinions. It took over 7 months for the car to arrive and throughout that time period I regularly heard from Matt and his positivity really made the wait time go quickly. The service he provided was top of the line and I felt so appreciated as a customer. All the employees that I interacted with from Jackson’s Toyota were terrific. Thank you so much Matt for your kindness, knowledge and automotive professionalism. I love my car and feel proud to drive it.

OH MAN! Stay AWAY!!!!! Kenny santana service advisor is soo rude!!! no customer service to be handling customers. Not to mention the service manager she is so insane. I would not recommend this place, do not bother taking in your car for repair.
