We could not be more grateful, satisfied and overall impressed with our experience at Jacksons Toyota! A very friendly, welcoming environment, professional, cutting edge service and top quality product. From the moment we walked in until the moment we drove off in our new 2025 4Runner we were treated with care. The entire staff were pleasant and helpful, we especially give thanks to Andrew Black and Danielle Hay for taking special care of us! You guys are amazing! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ekkom, the sales person. From the start to the end, when we had the delivery, he was always there to guide us. He was very helpful and did not mind answering all our questions. He also spent quite a lot of time explaining all the functions of my new car. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and definitely recommend him.

Disappointed my dad came in 2 times to buy a used vehicle, and trade his in. My last Toyota was from Jackson and his from sunrise, first visit sales man promised to call him back with estimate, no call! 2nd visit different sales guy, same thing! Both times they where to busy to deal with my dad. Shameful Jackson !

I just bought a car from their used lot a few weeks ago. After walking out of the Barrie Kia due to awful customer service, I met Cole here at Jackson's. Cole was very kind and understanding throughout the sale and was able to negotiate well to fit my needs. I was so pleased with how Cole handled things and I mentioned that I would be leaving him a 5 star review. Two days after I took my car off the lot I get a maintenance alert. I called their service department to find out that my car was due for an oil change the same day I had driven off the lot. They were aware of this and also aware that they had not done an oil change in the service included before buying. They had the perfect opportunity to book me in with them the day I took the car, Cole gave me my "rewards card" and explained all the benefits of getting service done with them. As a salesperson myself, I am baffled at the missed opportunity. He could have told me it was due for an oil change and booked me in that same day... if that had happened I would not be writing this review. The woman I spoke to in the service department could not even get me an appointment until the end of May and would not offer any type of compensation for the misunderstanding. I contacted Cole to see if he could help, but had no luck. Their loss! I called my mechanic who got me in same day and changed the oil free of charge after hearing my experience from here. Such a simple mistake turned a 5 star review into a 2 star... Now that I see all the other bad reviews about their service just in the past month, I am not surprised.

I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a quote to have my struts repaired or swapped for new ones and they can't even reply with a quick quote. I followed up they said the service guy hasn't gotten back to them with a number..... it's been over a week since I last inquired about my QUOTE. Take your business to a actual shop that cares about there customers

Never go there for a diagnostic... man they are a rip off and they have the audacity to tell me nothing is wrong after I specifically told them what I am feeling with the car is not normal , unless its normal for them lol....please take ur vechicle somewhere else and save ur time and money . Don't get me started with the sales guy experience lol

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Toyota Barrie service department. After bringing in my brand-new car for just its second service, they recorded the mileage incorrectly—an error that caused serious problems when I tried to sell the vehicle. This kind of mistake is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. What’s worse, they made no real effort to resolve the issue or provide any form of customer satisfaction. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, but they proved to be completely unreliable. If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. Even one star is far too generous for the kind of careless service I received. Avoid this service center if you’re looking for honest, trustworthy, and competent service—because you won’t find it here.
