Walked into Barrie Toyota today thinking I was about to buy a car. Silly me! Turns out I committed the cardinal sin of being suspected of knowing a guy named Richard. That’s right—didn’t mention Richard, didn’t bring Richard, but apparently I gave off strong “Richard-sent-me” vibes, and that was enough to shut the whole thing down. I guess I missed the part on their website that says “No sales to suspected associates of Richard.” My bad! So if you, too, are looking to be judged based on the ghost of a man you've never confirmed knowing, come on down to Barrie Toyota! Where your references don’t need to exist and paranoia is part of the sales process. ✨ Truly an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to not come back.

They made me go in there three times before I picked up the vehicle. And made me wait over an hour to see the person that was trying to upsell me in extra warranty. I have bought many Toyotas from dealers all over and never had this happen.

Purchased a 2025 Grand Highlander hybrid, drove almost 1000km and hybrid system failed, still in the shop as writing this review (Over a month). No repair date in site, its "out of their hands"

Sai was friendly and informative. When I had doubts or concerns he eased them by validating them and answering all my questions. When he didn’t have the answers I needed he found someone who could (ie financing concerns). What I loved was his personal touch. He would send me little videos that kept my interest while I contemplated the big buy. I have to say if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be driving this beautiful Toyota Rav 4 right now!
