I went for my second vehicle with Simon I would say I would highly recommend him. He is great guy very knowledgeable and true to his words. I bought my 1st vehicle from Hubert very disappointed after buying the vehicle and be ghosted for 2 months. I took my chance with Simon cos we dealt with him before and I can tell I am not disappointed at all. He helped me out so much, I would say went above and beyond. Also a big shout out to Curtis the manager, he was very helpful as well. Thank you guys for turning my sour experience to a great one. Kudos to Simon for finding us a beauty.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Buying a new vehicle can be an uneasy, pressured process but my experience with St. Albert Dodge was far from, I have Mark Maguire and Daylan Van Hees to thank for that. Mark is such a pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with. From the beginning to the end, he made it his priority to teach me everything he knows about the vehicles that I was interested in, and modified his searches based on what I was looking for. He gave me his unbiased opinion and explained things in such great detail when I was unsure. He knew that I was nervous coming into the dealership, and I left there with 100% confidence in the vehicle that I ended up choosing. Daylan was also amazing to deal with. Both of their demeanors and laid back approach made it such a seamless and enjoyable process. I built such a great relationship with Mark that I know I could call him if I ever had any questions or concerns and he would continue to give me the best service. I know that if I were to buy another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call Mark. But that won't be for a while because I LOVE the vehicle I purchased from him. Do yourself a favour and go to St. Albert Dodge if you are in the market for a new vehicle and are looking for honest, respectful, and enjoyable service. Thank YOU, Mark & Daylan.

Honestly a pretty great experience. Went in unsure if they would be able to help me, left with the perfect vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly. My Salesperson Corey was excellent at accommodating me and made sure my needs were met. The process was quick and smooth. The finance manager Evan is a great guy to chat with and made the signing quick and painless. Thanks a lot for the great hospitality.

I just picked up my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve on Saturday and I loooove ittt!! Hubert was fantastic with his follow through and quick responses to all my enquires. Ciprian and Clint in Finance were also pretty amazing! And to think...we were just in for an oil change =)

Kas Tiagni was an absolute dream through this whole process! Completely professional and understanding of everything. We had lots of little kinks to fix because of a big family and he had no issue thinking outside the box and accommodating our every need! The check list was quite long of needs and wants and yet he was able to figure out every single one as well as took the time to get to know me over the phone before hand, figure out what would suit me perfectly, and had exactly what I could dream of all ready to go before I even showed up!!! We now have an amazing car that my family and I look forward to driving, and can work for us on our big adventures! Thank you so much Kas!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I went in looking for an SUV which was bigger than the one I had, and Chad was super patient and helpful while he walked me through the options they had available (and I am a super picky overthinker). The entire team was pleasant to deal with, and all my questions were answered without hesitation. If you're looking for a new (or new to you) vehicle, I highly recommend St. Albert Dodge!!
