Brought my truck in for an oil change, my appointment was for 8am, didn’t get out of the place till 11:30am, asked a few times what’s going on and they couldn’t provide any information, all I got was, “should be done shortly sorry for the wait” I have 4 free oil changes at this location after purchase of vehicle, but definitely considering going somewhere else after this awful service.

Was on the fence as to whether or not the vehicle I was looking at was the one I wanted. Working with Aaron, Thomas, and Clint Help me make the decision. They were straightforward, honest and laid back. No pressure. They held the Jeep, with no deposit, for a week in my name, while they did a few repairs. When they were done I test drove again and purchased. Transaction was seamless and quick. Gas tank was full and we were on the road. I will definitely use St. Abert Dodge in the future.

Aaron, Kit, Sammy, Chad. The whole team from sales to management and finance were there working overtime to help us and get us into a newer vehicle the fit our exact needs. After 2 horrible experiences at other dealerships we were doubtful we would even want to buy another car, but the team here changed our perception and we wont be going anywhere else in the future.
