Me And Janaki just bought an Acura Rdx 2021 from St Albert dodge and had excellent experience because of Hubert. Hubert you rock. You made us feel comfortable and it was easy for me to quickly decide on the vehicle because you guys made feel home there. I am glad my sales representative was Hubert. Special thank you to Hubert as well as St Albert dodge as a whole. P.S. Hubert definitely deserve a promotion and a raise solely based on Hubert's top of shelf interaction skills with his clienteles.

We just recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram Sport. We traded in a 2021 Acura RDX on it. Upon dealing with our salesman - Shannon, we have never heard "I don't mean to brag but I'm one of the best salesman in this dealership" so many times while purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I have purchased a few+ vehicles in our lives and we thought it was quite annoying. Especially when he decided to leave out a discount after us asking twice if there was currently any discounts being offered. We had to go on another dealership website to find out! My husband showed up the next morning mentioning this to the manager and the manager ended up granting us the discount which were grateful for. (Safe to say we wouldnt have got it if we didnt catch it) When we came in to finish the deal and go over any other paperwork, this salesman walks in and tells his finance guy "yeah, because this guy doesnt trust me" right in front of us in a angry, aggresive tone. (ONLY because my husband likes to fully go through any and every bit of paperwork as anyone should) However, everything is signed, done. A payment for the Acura went through. No surprise. We found out that the dealership hadn't paid off the Acura (obviously as promised in the signed deal) right away. So we called them. They got it paid off. So we were supposed to get a refund but due to them paying so late.. (interest adds up everyday) we got back waaaay way less than what the Acura payment was. Honestly, we don't recommend this dealership, we will not be returning.

The service I’ve received over the last 14 years from the staff at St Albert Dodge has been fantastic. Very accommodating. Last 5 vehicles have been purchased here. As a Girl Guide leader, I can fit 100 cases of cookies in my vehicle with room for a couple passengers

My experience at St.Albert Dodge with Kas Tigani was the most relaxed professional and helpful time I’ve ever had at at dealership. From the moment I got there myself feeling overwhelmed to instant at ease with a manager who listen to my story, my needs, my budget, he knew what I was looking for and lead my right to it. It was perfect for my situation and the numbers worked ! These guys and gals at St.Albert dodge absolutely care about you and make you right at home ! Everything was my choice no pressures I just felt Kas and the team were there to help assist anyway the could. Above and beyond a 10/10 for Kas Tigani, the financial team and St.Albert Dodge !
