Thank you to Hubert and Sarah, we had the #1 team service our needs. Actually listened to our needs and wants and blew everything out of the water. Thank you to the dealership as well for taking the time to help us with our unique needs. Everyone so happy to help and listen. They didn't try to put us in anything over our heads and didn't push for the sale. We were able to make our decision and happily came out better then what we expected. Thanks to everyone at St Albert Dodge for the kind friendly happy faces that is to be expected.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle for the first time from another province as we live in BC. St. Albert Dodge was an absolute pleasure to deal with and ended up finding us our exact vehicle we were looking for. Couldn’t be any happier. The finance office was very informative and transparent. Brad the GM is a great guy and bends over backwards to keep you happy and feeling good about your experience. Definitely recommend and will continue doing business withy them for years to come.

So disappointed with this place. I brought my car in for service a week or so back and was told I’d need around $1800 in repairs. That is completely fine. When my car was finished the next day, I came to pick it up and thought everything was good. As soon as I tried to start it in their service bay.. it literally would not start. The mechanic came out and had to boost my car. After I left the dealership that day I was driving and my power steering started to go in and out and my battery light came on. A couple hours after I had gone to run a few errands, I smelt burning coming from my vents. I parked in a parking lot and opened my hood to see my battery had completely exploded and had acid all over my engine bay. I have never once had an issue with my engine or battery until coincidentally taking my car to this place. I had to run to Canadian tire 10 minutes before closing to spend another $200 for a NEW battery that I really can’t afford after the huge bill for my repairs already. Monday morning I called and asked to speak directly to my service advisor and no answer. 3 times. I left voicemails with my name and number and have gotten nothing back. I am so disappointed as my family bought a car here and I thought i’d give the service department a chance even after reading and hearing terrible things. NEVER again. Do not bring your car here for service unless you want to be stranded in a parking lot like I was.

Just wanna say thanks to Sara for her hard work on getting me a fully loaded Nissan Murano. With what she had to do to get it. I will definitely come back after it's paid and I'll try and send people there to get something as well. It was a great day today and again Thanks Sara for the help 😀

Service department sucks, grand wagoneer I purchased was fine. Example of why the service department is so bad: Getting my summer tires on took 3 tries, first time they forgot to install the tire pressure monitors so I go back, second try they install just the front tire sensors. Third try, they finally got it right, all four tires have pressure sensors. Yay! Another example, bring the grand wagoneer in because the running boards were stuck down. (I guess it’s pretty common). They wash and re-grease the motors and hinges. Go home, running boards stuck down again. Go back to St. Albert dodge the service manager says, sorry we left your wet car outside hence why the running boards stuck down, leave it with us overnight and we can retest. Came back the next day, running board still stuck down. Haha it’s a clown show in there. I will never purchase from St. Albert Dodge again.
