Oh My Gosh!! I don't even know where to start!!! I had gone to 3 or 4 other dealerships before I went to st.albert dodge and the difference in experience was amazing!!!! Mazin rocks!!!! as soon as we got there he come forward to us and asked the basic questions! We told him what we (I) was looking for and in seconds he showed me a car I fell in love with!!! And we went to his office and joked and laughed and had a great conversation! No pressure to buy! They were even ok with me going to yet another dealership, well I didn't even make it to the other dealership because I was calling to tell them i made my mind up!!!! We came to a price that was agreeable! Then they went to work to get me the deal!!!! Fast forward to the next day! They called me to let me know what they figured out! With in an hour they were at my house to get me (in westlock) and take me to the dealership to sign papers!!! Mazin was even able to get me a loaner tell mine is ready!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!! If I could give more 5 stars I would!!!!

St. Albert Dodge was AMAZING. Bit of a long story that involves 2 different dealerships. The end of March I bought a 22 Compass Trailhawk Elite from Londonderry Dodge (AKA Lemonderry). This Compass was a LEMON, it had 6 issues, the main one was it would randomly jam on the brakes by itself while I was driving. I brought it to Lemonderry multiple times to get it fixed, I even took the Service Manager for a test drive so he could see the issues, he saw the compass jam on the brakes and 2 of the other issues. They couldn't fix it and then told FCA that they couldn't reproduce any of the issues so FCA wouldn't do anything and Lemonderry wouldn't do anything. They couldn't fix it, they wouldn't replace it and they wouldn't take it back, all they would do is let me trade it in and give me used value as a trade in. I ended up protesting Lemonderry, on my 7th day protesting (Sunday Aug. 21st) Kas from St. Albert Dodge drove by me and stopped to find out what was going on. After I told Kas everything he told me that St. Albert Dodge could see if they could fix it. The next day Kas called me and we figured the best option was to get me out of this Lemon. Tuesday Aug. 23rd I went to St. Albert Dodge and they took my Lemon and I left with a 22 Jeep Wrangler. St. Albert Dodge not only got me out of that Lemon and into a Jeep Wrangle that I like a lot more, they got me a much better interest rate and lower monthly payments. The Wrangler cost me $3k more than I owed on that Lemon, but when you factor in the much lower interest rate I ended up saving $5k in the long run. So I ended up with a vehicle that I like a lot more and I save $5k, I couldn't be happier and St. Albert has a customer for life. St. Albert Dodge didn't make much from this sale, but they sure saved me from the Nightmare I was having with Lemonderry. I couldn't recommend St. Albert Dodge high enough. They truly care about not only their customers, but also the customers of other dealerships, they will bend over backwards to help. Best advice I can give is stay far away from Lemdonderry and go to St. Albert Dodge because of this review make sure you see Kas (he's AMAZING), tell him Aaron (the protester he helped) sent you. Thank you very much Kas and St. Albert Dodge, you guys are AMAZING.

Sarah was great to work with. Mike got exactly what he wanted, from the color of truck to the all weather mats. Brad the GM is awesome. Daylan was super fast with the paper work- didn’t try to oversell extras, suggested only what he thought we needed. Great staff all around. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Where do I begin… I wouldn’t trust any dealership with a 10mm socket. I walked in there with a blown motor in my 2011. And instantly the service manager was wide open and honest with me and was more worried about me spending money (witch isn’t normal but amazing). When Chad Davis walked up I could instantly tell he was busy. But I tell ya I’ve never had a salesman be as open and connect with me as much as he did, Chad truly made a bond with me and treated me like a buddy. And then there’s Kas Tigani another rare salesman that connected and treated me like a buddy…. Long story short if it wasn’t for these too I’d truly be in trouble I’ve never had a better experience with a dealership and it’s guys like these that still give the car sales a good rep I have so much respect for them and I’m so grateful and thankful that they worked their magic to get me a new truck If you need anything at St. Albert dodge Chad Davis and Kas Tigani are the guys to talk to Thank you boys for everything I truly have nothing but greatness to say about guys
