Lesson to be learned. NO SPARE TIRE!!!??? I bought my family Caravan in July 2018 with no issue driving it until just a couple weeks ago vacationing in BC when I burst my tire and found out there is No Spare Tire on this van. Imagine what happens if you are on a highway?? Lucky I was in Richmond BC and after going through the trouble and spent money for 4 tires and a rim so I can get back on the road as well as having a spare tire on the van. I spoke to the the dealer manager Brad and requested the dealer to compensate for the cost of one tire and one rim but I got a hung up on the phone. I contacted Dodge Canada and the agent said: the spare tire is an option and it is not included in the purchase. Wow!! what a joke??!! Regardless, I was NOT informed when I purchase this van. What a perfect match with the manufacture and the dealer!!.....Terrible!! Here are the lessons for me: 1) Don't buy from this dealer. 2) Don't buy a Dodge. 3) Check if a spare tire is included as a standard on any purchase and get one on if it is not. 4) Perhaps seat belts, an extra set of key and block heater are also extra.

What a wonderful experience.. my car wouldn't have made it through the winter.. but once I got in contact with Kas .T and Evan .N I was confident I would be getting into a new ride .. Kas was very down to earth and easy to talk with about my needs and wants.. and Evan gave me some advice moving forward in life ...together they got me into a 2015 chrysler 200s and I couldn't be happier.. thanks buddy I'm actually looking forward to driving this winter.. Love the color and the get up and go of this ride ...Def an upgrade!!

Just bought a 2017 Ram and I couldn’t be happier with my decision on buying the truck. Steve and Evan pulled through for me and were able to get me everything I wanted for a great price. Highly recommend dealing with Steve in sales and Evan in Finance. I would definitely go back!

St. Albert Dodge is by far the best experience we have ever had. Everything was done within 3 hrs in house. The trade in, finance and out the door with our new truck. My husband and I purchased a Gladiator through Mazin and he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with hands down. So nice and polite, this gentleman was very straightforward with us from the start and helped us get the best value for our trade in as well as on our purchase. The rest of the staff here were also very friendly and accommodating. If we ever need to purchase another vehicle in the future they will definitely be our first stop.
