My truck was falling apart and I needed a new truck quickly. Spotted a nice used one on the website and called in. Mark ran to get my hold on the truck first and got me out the door same day with a newer, safer truck. Unreal experience. Selection 10/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Customer care 10/10 When I finally get around to actually buying a new truck, I will be coming back to st Albert dodge again!

I recently purchased a high quality used Dodge from this dealership and the service was excellent. I live in BC, about 7 hours drive away, and did most of my business with the dealer via the internet. The service was excellent and the communication first rate. Steve, my salesman, was up front and I found very honest and helpful. We arrived to pick the RAM up on the day and were met with smile and friendly staff at every turn. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, as did the service - to the point I will consider driving back to St Albert for vehicle service and maintenance, bypassing several local dealer along the way. Great business, great staff and I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I went in looking for a new truck. It was my first time at the dealership. The amount of inventory and available models is what made me initially choose to visit St. Albert Dodge. My sales person was Hubert Lamber and I can't say enough good things about him and the experience he provided. After we found a vehicle that met my needs, he walked me through the numbers to be sure it fit my budget. A time to pick up my new truck was set up and I came in to see the brightest looking Ram 1500 I have seen in a long time. The whole process was a breeze. I will be a repeat customer.
