I was in for an alignment a few weeks ago and wasn’t quite 100% happy with the outcome. Trevor Schlosser was my service advisor and offered to re-do it for me at no charge. Service was quick and efficient. Great customer service. Was given accurate timelines for how long it would take and was given a call immediately when it was ready for pickup. Was offered a shuttle service even though I had arranged for my own ride. You can tell Treavor takes pride in his job and making customers happy.

It was such a great experience. Honestly, Purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Kiril was incredibly helpful. Chad was awesome too. He tailor fitted our payment plan on how it will work best for us. I have nothing but good and kind words for all of them. Kudos to the team.

I picked up my new ride a couple of days ago, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Kyle Smyth went above and beyond to get my finance figured out, he worked so hard when others gave up me and I will be forever grateful. Alex Kubyshkin was such a friendly and knowledgeable sales person, who really got me excited about the vehicle by pointing out features I didn't even see. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, best vehicle buying experience ever! Thanks guys, I'm loving this Durango!

I have worked at a Chrysler dealership for over 22 years and when I retired I wished we were as efficient in our express lube as South Trail. Lots of room in showroom to wait with free Wifi for your use. Was treated promptly and vehicle was returned washed in a timely fashion. Would recommend those interested in Express service.

The idea of booking my service on the website then have them come and pick up my truck do the service and drop it off again was awesome. This is the way it’s supposed to be. No more driving there myself then waiting around and driving all the way home after. I love it.
