I was texted at 9 am ish to say that I need a wheel alignment. I responded within 30 minutes but never heard back from the service advisor. I then called at 11 to see what was going on & was advised that you were now to busy to a wheel alignment that day. Don’t offer a service while my vehicle is there & then not be able to do it. I also got the cabin filter replaced but then I get an email to today saying I was advised to to replace the cabin filter but chose not to do it?

I bought one vehicle in 2021 from them and had a really good experience at that time i left 5 stars , thats what made me come here again and I chose to buy a truck from them. Few things which disappointed me. First, they knowingly delivered me a truck with fault when i went to pick up truck it was already start and when i brought it home and turn it off it didn’t even start you can imagine how it feels when you bring something home it starts giving problems then I brought it to dealer to fix that issue and i was not really confident to get this truck bcz it was used truck and was giving issue first day I asked them to if i could cancel this deal and look at other trucks they have , but they refused me and said after we sign paperwork they can’t do anything (so make your decision wisely before signing paperwork) second, i liked the truck and final the deal deposited 2k to hold the vehicle and said i will do all the paperwork tomorrow morning. When i went there next morning they were showing that truck to someone other then they twisted the words they said day before and changed the final deal we had when i said that we had different deal yesterday and i hold the vehicle with 2k then sales manager said you can cancel the deal we don’t care bcz we are making more money with other customer who just looked at vehicle. So guy clearly you can see they don’t care much about customer satisfaction their top priority is just money. At end I would never step at that dealership again and will never ever suggest to any of my family or friends.

Hello Jitender, after review of the situation there are a few things that you said that are misleading or untrue. Regarding the purchase and the deposit, when you left the first time you did not have a deposit on the truck. So yes, the next day someone else was interested and had left a deposit. We let you know that if that deal didn't go through you could still have it. So when that opportunity arose, you then left a deposit to secure the truck. When you let us know that there was something wrong with the battery, we took care of it. We found the issue and replaced the battery and connector that was causing the issue. We also gave you a loaner vehicle while that was happening so you would not be without a vehicle. In the end you got an amazing deal on the truck and seemed very happy when all was said and done.
