I bought one vehicle in 2021 from them and had a really good experience at that time i left 5 stars , thats what made me come here again and I chose to buy a truck from them. Few things which disappointed me. First, they knowingly delivered me a truck with fault when i went to pick up truck it was already start and when i brought it home and turn it off it didn’t even start you can imagine how it feels when you bring something home it starts giving problems then I brought it to dealer to fix that issue and i was not really confident to get this truck bcz it was used truck and was giving issue first day I asked them to if i could cancel this deal and look at other trucks they have , but they refused me and said after we sign paperwork they can’t do anything (so make your decision wisely before signing paperwork) second, i liked the truck and final the deal deposited 2k to hold the vehicle and said i will do all the paperwork tomorrow morning. When i went there next morning they were showing that truck to someone other then they twisted the words they said day before and changed the final deal we had when i said that we had different deal yesterday and i hold the vehicle with 2k then sales manager said you can cancel the deal we don’t care bcz we are making more money with other customer who just looked at vehicle. So guy clearly you can see they don’t care much about customer satisfaction their top priority is just money. At end I would never step at that dealership again and will never ever suggest to any of my family or friends.

Hello Jitender, after review of the situation there are a few things that you said that are misleading or untrue. Regarding the purchase and the deposit, when you left the first time you did not have a deposit on the truck. So yes, the next day someone else was interested and had left a deposit. We let you know that if that deal didn't go through you could still have it. So when that opportunity arose, you then left a deposit to secure the truck. When you let us know that there was something wrong with the battery, we took care of it. We found the issue and replaced the battery and connector that was causing the issue. We also gave you a loaner vehicle while that was happening so you would not be without a vehicle. In the end you got an amazing deal on the truck and seemed very happy when all was said and done. Ahmed was excellent to work with. He kept in contact and explained the work and expected time frame. The truck was washed and spotless when I picked it up.

Service with oil change and everyone I dealt with was good. However not sure why my truck was washed as it was already cleaned. Ended up looking worse as now there is hard water stains showing all over.

Detail service was not justifiable for the price paid. Since posting review it has since been rectified and the service department is taking further action. The staff has been nothing but approachable and helpful through the experience. Review to be updated Brought vehicle in to get windshield replaced. Don’t recommend replacing after a detail. The outside of the vehicle was filthy and with the windshield being replaced couldn’t be cleaned ? Wasn’t worth going back in for a 5th time.

Whatever you do don’t purchase a service package when you buy your vehicle. This dealership will do everything in their power to make sure that you can’t use it. I have been in 4 times over the last month trying to get an oil change done on the service package that I bought and been turned away every time with one excuse or an another. Too busy, tire season, too late in the day at 2 pm. I’m coming up to 4 years since I purchased the Jeep and I have only had one oil change where I wasn’t given some kind of story about having to wait over an hour or wanting to have the vehicle for the rest of the day. I have been turned away more often than had the vehicle serviced. Don’t waste your time or money going here find another dealer!

We will never turn away business, however, the express lane is on a first come first served basis. We have a lot of service customers and sometimes there isn't enough time in a day to complete every oil change that drives in. We always do our best to accommodate everyone and occasionally at 2pm we will have time, but if there are too many customers ahead of you it won't be able to completed that day. We would rather let you know that upfront, rather than have you wait 2-3 hours to then tell you we could not complete it.
