After I wrote a bad review, I decided to give the dealership another try. I ended up getting the same sales advisor, Ahmed again. He didn’t recognize me, but his tone and attitude was very rude towards me. He seemed like he did not want to deal with someone who’s just getting a quick 100$ job done. He made me feel like he’d rather be doing anything but helping me out. I felt very negative after this experience and I will not be trying south trail Chrysler again!

The service took longer than expected. Was told about 2 hours. I found some other things to do looking at used cars. One thing I would like to mention, this happened the last time I came in for servicing, please don’t adjust the driver seat. I almost Knocked myself out getting into my vehicle because the seat was adjusted up high and close to the steering wheel. Today the seat was adjusted for a formula 1 driver. The seat was reclined so far back I was ready for a drive by shooting. If one has to adjust the seat put it back to where it was. Thanks

I'm recently on bedrest and these guys made it possible for this entire deal to go through with me only having to come down to sign and accept my Jeep when they delivered it! Matt (I think?) Darren and Alex were all AWESOME,seamless transaction and a great bunch of friendly dudes! Especially thr fellow maritime 👍

From beginning to end the services received was amazing. All the staff were polite courteous and made the environment very welcoming. There was no push for the sale like most places, they genuinely wanted to be there to help me find the right vehicle for the right price. Shawn and Taylor were amazing ! highly recommend checking checking out if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
