The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! I went in just to look at a few vehicles and I took several for test drives. With absolutely no pressure from the sales executive Sasha Yugay I found the right vehicle for me. Another big thank you from the finance manager Chad Mayles. Within a few hours I was driving back home in my new to me Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk! Thank you South Trail Chrysler!!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. If you’re looking for a vehicle I would suggest stopping by to see these guys first.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at this dealership! Sukh, Luke, Brandon and Darrin are a DREAM to work with, they made the experience such a smooth ride from beginning to end. They exceed my expectations, if you’re in the market check them out!!

Do not take your vehicle for service at this dealership. Took 2017 fiat for oil change, ended up getting oil change, brake fluid change and check icons on dash, total cost $495. Service is $159 an hour, i know that the device to check icons take a few minutes to complete and pull a wheel does not take one hour. Total rip off, will never ever take my vehicle to a dealership of any kind again. Obviously they don’t make there money off vehicle sales its so called service.

We are sorry you feel that way Bill. Our technicians are factory trained and certified to take care of your Fiat. It is true that sometimes a diagnosis can be quick, and other times it takes significant time to figure out what is causing the issue. It is not always an exact science, but that is where quality trained technicians are invaluable. No work is done without consulting the client first, as you know, and you are free to take your Fiat to any shop. My vehicle was purchased and has been maintained by STC since 2016. Sadly like most the initial 'sales' experience was great and even the service expererience had the same feel. Over time and multiple visits there is just a general feeling that has taken away from the initial 'greatness' leaving me with a feeling of distrust toward STC. Thank you for keeping the vehicle on the road but in terms of recommending STC i will be last in line for that - in my last visit i asked for an oil change, where upon it was 'upgraded' to a 2,000 dollar bill! No consultation just a tick in the box, but i guess thats just the way business is done these days. I had my oil and filter change and booked the vehicle in with someone i trust, to check the work STC did and go from there.

Hello Simon, while we can understand that unexpected repairs are not what anyone wants to hear, it is worth noting that we did not automatically complete any work. We diagnosed some additional issues that needed to be looked at and gave you a quote. I understand that our service team has found some solutions and that your repairs are being taken care of soon.
