The customer service was exceptional!

The entire costumer service experience was exceptional right from walking in to buy my Jeep to a month after!! Alex made sure I was taking care of every step of the way. Alex was professional, courteous, and a great sense of humor. Checking in to make sure I was happy with my purchase, reminding me to get my Jeep in for my protection coverage, and helping me with parts I was wanting after. I have purchased vehicles from dealerships before, this was hands down my best experience ? Thank you Alex!

I have dealt with your dealership for at least 5 years. I have always received excellent service. I have dealt mostly with Trevor and McKenzie and Schenkle. All have been professional, prompt and friendly to me and I have never left your dealership with a negative feeling. Your service is prompt and the costs fair.

Only issue I have is that I was informed today that my extended warranty expired a month ago. I would have thought that Jeep/Chrysler Canada would have informed me that the warranty was about to expire. I could have booked this tire change over, my oil change and several other issues that I currently have within my warranty period. Very disappointed that this noticed wasn’t sent.

Thursday March 11th @ 5pm The women who I spoke to in the service department was absolutely horrible. After being extremely rude, she also decided to hang up on me. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Kubyshkin a salesman in the used car department of South Trail Chrysler who was a great help when it came to purchasing our van. I would highly recommend using his service as he was not the least bit pushy and showed us exactly what we were looking for. When we picked the van we wanted everything was as smooth as could be.
