In the past we have dreaded vehicle shopping and been put off by other salesman/dealerships. Sean W. at Southtrail Chrysler changed that for us. His pleasant demeanour and exceptional customer service made our van purchase a surprisingly enjoyable experience. He went above and beyond for us even after the deal was closed. A special, well deserved thank you to Sean. I would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from him.

We purchased a New to Us Car from South Trail Chrysler. Our sales guy, Sandeep, was awesome and we highly recommend him! We didn't feel like he was a "sales guy". He was easy to work with which we appreciated. We could have gone a lot of places for a car, but felt comfortable to work with him. Next time we are in need of a car, we will seek out Sandeep again and happily return to South Trail Chrysler. Thank you!!!

I wanted to pop in here to express my satisfaction in my recent vehicle purchase through south trail Chrysler dealership. I had direct dealings with Cory and I just have to say- what a fantastic, hard working, fun and professional guy. He worked hard to get the payments that I wanted and ended up getting me into a beautiful vehicle with payments that were quite a bit lower than what I was currently paying for a much older vehicle. A special shout out to Joel and Chad who worked behind the scenes to solidify the deal and made it a very smooth and painless transition. Solid dealership, they work hard and listen to what you want and did not give up easy on meeting my goals. Thank you to the professional, hard working staff at south trail Chrysler, 5 stars all around. 2021/03/03 I purchased the additional warranty for the windshield and BOY am I glad I did. Within four days of purchase, I had a number of chips on the windshield. I drove in to the quick service bay and within twenty minutes was attended to and the chips were filled immediately at no added cost. To make this interaction better, when they gave me my vehicle back, they were kind enough to provide a curtesy clean and my vehicle was much shinier than when I had attended only minutes before. Fantastic customer service! Thanks to all the hard working employees at South Trail. * * * * *

We had an excellent experience with the team at South Trails. We worked together until we found a way to get to YES on a fine Jeep Cherokee. The sales rep, Raj, was top notch and Chad in finance was very helpful.
