Only issue I have is that I was informed today that my extended warranty expired a month ago. I would have thought that Jeep/Chrysler Canada would have informed me that the warranty was about to expire. I could have booked this tire change over, my oil change and several other issues that I currently have within my warranty period. Very disappointed that this noticed wasn’t sent.

Thursday March 11th @ 5pm The women who I spoke to in the service department was absolutely horrible. After being extremely rude, she also decided to hang up on me. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Kubyshkin a salesman in the used car department of South Trail Chrysler who was a great help when it came to purchasing our van. I would highly recommend using his service as he was not the least bit pushy and showed us exactly what we were looking for. When we picked the van we wanted everything was as smooth as could be. Standard oil change was done in a timely manner. Also a defect was found and fixed under warranty before I was even informed and would have been concerned about.
