I'd definitely recommend Roy Nichols to anyone looking to service their vehicle, or anyone looking to purchase one. I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for the last few years, and also bought a vehicle here last year. The customer service at Roy Nichols is always top notch. Everyone is treated well, whether you're showing up with an older vehicle on a limited budget, or something top of the line. The waiting area for service is nice, and spacious. The showroom is large, and the parts area is nicely laid out. The dealership is always kept clean, and presents well inside and out. I feel confident having my vehicle serviced here, and haven't been let down by any repairs or maintenance I've had done over the last few years.

This place is a godsend! We were on our way from Montreal to Toronto when our axle started grinding terribly. We showed up first thing in the morning on a Saturday and the car was drivable an hour later. Jackie the service advisor and our tech Matt Laing were both wonderful. The whole thing only cost us $70 and we're back on our way!

Purchasing a new vehicle has never been made so easy. The staff at Roy Nichols were nothing but true consummate professionals, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Special kudos to Kyla Stutt, my salesperson. Not once did she ever pressure me. The first time I walked into the dealership, I told her that I wasn't looking to buy right away, and she didn't even flinch! Kyla took the time to explain all available options to me for my vehicle choice, and offered a test drive, even knowing she wasn't making a sale. That says a lot. After visitong another dealership to look at another potential vehicle and explaining the same issue, that salesperson could hardly be bothered with me, and also insulted my trade. After making my vehicle decision, I returned to Roy Nichols, and Kyla. After realizing a factory order had to be made, she explained the process to me, and by some miracle, the dealership received my vehicle much earlier than anticipated. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, don't waste your time at other dealerships. Just go to Nichols and be treated like a person, not a paycheck. Next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I know where to go.

My car was sent to Roy Nichols (without my permission) for a major repair (timing chains). Less than two weeks later, the engine blew. Maybe it was coincidence, who knows. The place that sent the car to this dealer (Spotless Auto - Whitby) washed their hands of the situation, so I was left holding the bag. I did have a power train warranty (which helped a bit), but I'm out thousands!!! It's an unfortunate situation all around, but all the other parties concerned will go on, but we are devastated by this.
