Great people to deal with. They always go the extra mile. Ive purchased 3 vehicles from Vernon dodge and left with a smile on my face every time. Scott and Curt are awesome to deal with and very friendly.

As you may or may not be aware Cole, dealers in Canada do not authorize manufacturer warranty repairs. Only the manufacturer can give the green light to do a warranty repair and generally the only time they don't provide that approval is when a vehicle has been modified or abused. To say that we flat out refused to warranty your transmission is categorically incorrect as we have no say in the matter. Vernon Dodge's policy has always been to push as hard as we can to secure as much warranty coverage for our customers and generally, because we follow the rules we are very successful in getting marginal or grey area claims approved. We realize that sometimes when warranty coverage is denied, this can be very disappointing and we totally understand your frustration over the matter so many years ago. What we don't understand is why you would insinuate that Braby Motors ended up covering the transmission repair. As a Chrysler dealer we can see any and all warranty repairs done to any vehicle in our fleet at any location in Canada or the US. No dealer, including Braby Motors ever put through a claim on your truck for the transmission. We can only assume that you realized your responsibility and had it repaired yourself. Complaints and less than positive feedback are always welcome at Vernon Dodge as they allow us to learn from our mistakes and move our business forward. What we ask in return is that the complaints are based on reality and state the facts as they actually happened.

I purchased a 2015 used jeep patriot last month. I was told the tires were excellent they are in bad shape. Then i brought it in to have a wheel alignment as when i braked it veered to the left and right quite badly. They seemed to have fixed the veer to the left but i jow have to hang on to the wheel when i brake as i veer to the right. The salesman i loved but i think honesty is number one. If the vehicle had problems i would have liked to known. Very disappointed and would prefer to trade vehicle in.

Did not move on the price more than $200 did not offer me a fair trade in there could not have been a safety inspection done as i had two head light burnt out and the rcoil on the centre seat belt in the back does not recoil. I wish to trade in on a newer truck in a year and if im not treated better i wont return.

I purcased a 2008 Ram from this delership and on my first road trip , discovered there was no jack, spare tire, rear door lock stuck AND the Emission Control system was past due for survice...beeper came on every 10 minutes of the 20 hour trip !!...Came back home and dealer booked in the truck, fixed everything and I had it back in 1/2 day...excellent service...great vehical...May even buy a new Ram 3500 dually in a year or two !!..Larry Nagy
