They sold me a used car in February 2016. Said it was mechanically sound. They said the car had been cleaned and was ready to go. Go it home and found that it had NOT be cleaned out at all. I had to take it back to the dealer so they could re-clean the interior. My original salesman didn't even help out or come to greet me when I brought it back in. Since this time, I have had to replace all the brakes on the car, including drums and springs on the rear. The front struts and spring need to be done and soon. I feel as if I was left hanging with a car that they knew needed extensive work. Thanks for nothing!

Debra - although we can certainly understand your position based on the information you have provided, we feel that the 2008 PT Cruiser you purchased was not only in great condition but that the price you paid was below wholesale book value and represented tremendous value. We can see that the car was detailed on February 15th and there was no complaint note in the system when you picked it up; usually these situations become much more manageable with just a little communication at the time.

I very pleased that there are people who still know the value of a customer. I was in to buy a used car and things moved real fast ( to fast) . I realized that I had just bought something that I really did not feel that was going to work for me , mostly comfort wise and a bit price wise. I left the dealership very upset . The next day I went back and talked to Landon and Mike and with their comforting, caring, compassion, they found me a car that (almost) felt like it was made just for me. I would HIGHLY recommend the crew at Vernon Dodge when looking for a ride.

The staff where very efficient on showing me all the technology my new truck provided, prior to my checking if I was even able to purchase the truck they treated me like I already owned it..... I really like that. They were very courteous as a compete "team" doing what they do best !!

Every staff member was helpful with information and encouraged any questions. Although I purchased a "used vehicle" that was not a Dodge or Chrysler product, I was treated with as though i was purchasing a NEW vehicle.

We had a deal of $300/bi-weekly and I ended up to pay over $340/bi-weekly , the loan was approved and if I refuse it , would end up as a negative hit on my credit score. My husband was planning in the near future to buy a Dodge RAM EcoDiesel , but who knows what kind of trick they will do at the end if he gets approved ?

When Curt initially approached me I said to him, "you have your work cut out. I am not. Dodge fan and not a Diesel fan." In a few short hours I had made my mind up. Curt was good enough to let me take my truck to be home for the night so my wife could see it. That basically closed the deal. When I drove my truck back to the dealership the next day my mind was made up. Curt had turned me into a Dodge and Diesel fan. He did an excellent job of adding me to the Vernon Chrsyler Dodge family. While I basically waited for the truck to be made ready for me he introduced me to Service Shop, the Parts Department and to the Finance Department. I love my new truck and feel like part of the Vernon Chrysler Dodge Family. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend Curt and Vernon Chrysler Dodge.
