These guys are awesome to work with :) they made purchasing a vehicle from them very easy and less intimidating than anywhere else I've dealt with in the past. I will definitely go see them again :)

We've always dealt with Landon and have zero complaints. He gives 100% and really cares about his customers! The only complaint I have is the amount of promotional stuff that we get from Dodge itself. Even after asking to not have anything sent to us, we still get it often.

Bought a jeep speedy n at price I wanted. Great customer service n sales person. Would def go back n tell a friend to buy from there! Just didn't like that that they didn't give a full tank of gas when I purchased a brand new jeep n no extras like free oil changes etc. Would of been nice to get some petks/extras when buying brand new jeep.

Last week I purchased a car with the help of Kam, an amazing salesman at Dodge. Kam listened to my requests and brought me some great options. With his expertise, I was confidently able to choose a great car at an affordable price. I am greatful for the time and attention he provided. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would recommend Vernon Dodge to anyone in the Okanagan who is looking for relaxed, helpful service.

I agree with unprofessional and rude. I tried to buy a van, but after a week of excuses and blame on others about why they couldn't deliver it on time, they got upset with me when I went elsewhere and don't want to return my deposit. I bought my van with full detailed service in two days out of town and they had to bring in the van from elsewhere, too, but had no issues. Be careful about which dealerships are associated together. I wouldn't deal with any linked to this location.

We weren't upset at all Debbie, just confused as to why you would give us a deposit to secure a van from out of province and then go and buy one from a competitor two days before it arrived. In the end, we're happy you are driving a new Dodge and hope you have many years of enjoyment.

Vernon Dodge is the most unprofessional group of Individuals I have ever dealt with. I bought my truck 2 months ago now, reported that my signal lights in the mirrors and puddle light aren’t working the next day, according to my inspection that was preformed on the truck it states all lighting is in working order, I guess signals aren’t important for the SAFE operation of a vehicle. Lief Peek the salesmen I dealt with, stated to me and assured me that it would all get fixed. Within a couple weeks I had it booked into a local Dodge dealership (which was cleared and ok with Lief) and the quote for the repairs are $600 for labour and parts. Ever since then Dan Loewen the GM as been rude and unprofessional along with the rest of his staff trying to push it on my warranty which if anyone is aware lighting is not covered. I regret ever making the trip to Vernon to buy a truck from this dealership and suggest others think of doing the same, this is unfair and very unprofessional from a “big name dealer” They lie and mislead you making you feel like they care, only later the real truth comes out, they don’t stand behind anything they sell.

We're disappointed that we weren't able to live up to your expectations Aaron. Obviously the reason that you chose to deal with us in the first place with all the options available to you out there is because of selection and price. We have many customers that make the trek to our dealership for our great selection of trucks and awesome pricing, just like you did. In respect to the concern you have isolated; obviously if the signal lights on the truck weren't functioning, our certified factory certified technicians would have caught it and repaired it before it hit the lot - that's how they earn their living. In your case, you are referring to the optional signals in the mirrors that most trucks are not equipped with - an easy oversight for any technician. If you had given us the opportunity to deal with the third party shop that you had the repairs done at BEFORE you commenced with the work, we are quite confident that we would have been able to make an equitable arrangement with them to either utilize the warranty on the truck or negotiate a fair trade price. Instead you chose to forge ahead without our involvement and then simply demanded reimbursement from us without authorization. Clearly this isn't the end result that anyone wanted but we ask that you take even just a little responsibility for your actions.
