Very disappointed with the level of customer service we have experienced from Jonker Honda in Langley. Had issues with our used 2013 Honda six months after we purchase it from this dealership.

A part called the VTC actuator failed 6 months after purchase of a used car. Warranty doesn't cover it, and no extended warranty was purchased. We are genuinely sorry that this happened and it is not being covered.

Purchased three cars here now in the last 16 months and take all for servicing. Great service. Always fast and efficient. Thomas our sales rep has been amazing. Just upgraded our 17 Civic for a 18 CRV after starting a family and he worked very hard to get us the best deal. Highly recommend him and this dealership.
