I took my car in because my engine light came on. When I went back to pick it up I was told the problem was the O2 sensor and I paid them the $100 for the inspection but did not get it serviced there because it was way overpriced ($480) and someone in my family is a mechanic. A couple days later my car starts to feel weird while driving and my engine light comes back on. Honda told me the only problem there was was the O2 sensor which is obviously false. We called in to ask why it would come on if the inspection said nothing else was wrong. Their response was that I only asked for them to run the codes and it isn’t their job to do a full inspection. So they plug my car into a computer for 5 minutes and then charged me $100? What I asked was for them to find out what was wrong with my car, not just “run the codes”. They said that if I wanted to find out what else was wrong it’s be another $100. Won’t be returning.
