We traveled from Ottawa to purchase a used Kia Soul from them. When we arrived the car was waiting with the dealer plate on it...bonus and the staff we very friendly and courteous. After inspecting the vehicle we found papers and a pen as well as dead leaves under the trunk where the non-existing spare should have been. Now it's a sealant and pump. The cleaning of the car both in and out was not well done and was a quick and dirty job to say the least. I had tried to deal but was told by the owner that selling the car at the list price would net them a $94.50 profit...really??? How do you pay the salesman his commission and advertise the car??? Also, we were charged a $45 "gas" fee...we were told we could not fill the tank ourselves (which was just under 1/2 tank and would be about $15-18) because they had already put some in because it was driven from Napanee and would need gas for test drives anyway. I had to make sure that they were going to fill it up or we may have left with what was in the tank!! The problem is...we own the same car...and filled it back in Ottawa at 1/8 tank for $33!!!..there is some profit there I suppose �. All in all not a great experience.

Bought a 2014 dodge journey, had everything i was looking for in bells and whistles, at a great price. No run around, no gimmicks, like other dealerships i had encountered. Great sales team.
