Took Jeep in for oil change, was fine, then tried to make appointment for the recall notice I was sent. Said the computer wouldn't let her do it, to call back another time. If it's a recall maybe you should follow up as I live in Napanee and it is hard to get to Kingston with your hours. I just hope the recall turns out to be nothing serious where someone could get injured. Thank you

The service from jim Thompson was good . but not happy with not covering my box liner . not my falt an i have to deal with it on a 66000 dollar truck . not making me what to buy another dodge.

On June 15th 2017 I took my 2005 Dakota in to have the oil changed With a 16-point inspection Which would be An oil change Lube filter and inspection.Noticed the next week which would be the 22nd of June Thursday There was a fluid leak under my truck Try to take it in Thursday With no luck no one could look at it.I dropped it off At noon Friday the 23rdTo find out what the fluid leaking was.Found out Friday at 3 p.m. the leaking fluid was oil From the drain plug in oil pan.Straight up! somebody didn't tighten the drain plugAnd that cost me $61.59 More than the oil change itself .I would like someone to explain to me how an oil drain plug can malfunction.I am hoping to meet with the service manager This week coming Maybe He or she can Help me out with this. Thanks

On my previous service call, the service took several days, I was told I would have my vehicle back earlier then I actually did. ( I was told I was advised but was not) I asked that my oil be changed, the sticker we not applied, the display was not reset (keep telling me I had to change my oil) I scheduled a service elsewhere, only to discover the oil was changed and I was charged for it. I purchased the vehicle from this location and purchased both the extended warranty and the rust proofing device, yet when I experienced a transmission leak due to corrosion. It was not covered (??) I asked to speak to someone who could explain this to me, I never received a call back. It was a frustrating experience from a very loyal customer, who has recommended friends purchased their vehicles from your location ( and three have) yet was treated like another number. My husband has his vehicle service there regularly and he was equally frustrated at the treatment I received. I am reconsidering my options. My husband has two payments left on his van and is considering a new purchased. I can tell you we will be shopping around. Your service used to be the best around. There was a time you cared about your clients, I hope you return to this level of care. I is a highly competitive market. You should not let customer service take a back seat to margin and profit.
