Where they can care more about our needs and to make sure the car would be in great condition when getting as I had a crack on the speedometer and said it wasn't covered n said would give a quote and never heard back from them

Repairs and maintenance

No matter what my needs are through the service centre, repairs, tune ups, I am always beyond satisfied. Not only is the job done well, I always feel cared for, respected and valued. I am greeted by name and even asked about how my daughter is. The personal touch is appreciated. I had an issue with the hood of my car that was under warranty, but the insurance company rejected the claim, until the service manager Sylvia took more pictures and resubmitted. The claim was then accepted. She didn't take no for an answer and I feel went over and above for this customer. The staff is warm, welcoming, professional and skilled. Thank you for taking care of me and my gorgeous, midlife crisis, hardtop convertible!

i felt that no one cared after i purchased the vehicle

I purchased a vehicle and was happy with everything until I went to pick it up. I came on a Monday and when I got there was no ownership as the MTO was busy that day. went back the next day to get the ownership and there were no sticker. I had to show the salesman the email saying stickers were included in the purchase, therefore I had to go back a third day. I work 75km away from dealer. A week after the car was purchased I had a question about the back rear defogger, I called and texted my sales guy and the sales manager, again days then a week went by. after putting a not so nice review on facebook someone finally got back to me. I took the vehicle in they looked at it and it wasn't anything major they say that's the way it is suppose to be. I feel that as soon as I walked out the door that was the end. Unfortunately for me I have to deal with you guys for then next 7 years so I can keep my warranty.
