Bought a 2014 dodge journey, had everything i was looking for in bells and whistles, at a great price. No run around, no gimmicks, like other dealerships i had encountered. Great sales team.

Jason was very intuitive as to what I wanted in a new car. Made the process very easy and quickly got me into my new car. He has taken the time to help me familiarize myself with all the cars options even setting up the Bluetooth for me. Wonderful service.

Sold me the wrong truck

The salesman was very nice and all dealings were respectful and professional. I had a 2004 Ram Truck and loved it. I told them I needed the truck to pull my gooseneck horse trailer and he told me that the 2017 1500 Ram that I was sold would do way more than my old truck. I have put 5,000 km on the new truck and it does not pull like my old truck and when I hook on the gooseneck trailer, the bed of the truck goes very low and I have not got a full load in the trailer. Also, the new truck will not pull a load of round bales of hay where my old truck did it easily. I am very disappointed in my new truck. I have e-mailed the salesman only yesterday letting him know I am not happy and wondering what I can do.

Jonathan Plant was very professional and spent a lot of time with us. From the moment we walked onto the lot, he was welcoming, informative and approachable. He helped us make the purchase we wanted and was patient with us over time, which we really appreciated and which kept us coming back. Thank you Jonathan! Tony in finance was also awesome and very personable (and again, patient with our many questions and wheelings and dealings!). All in all we had a terrific experience at Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I would highly recommend this dealer to friends and family!
