I have had nothing but great deals with Shaun and his crew. Nick and Ryan as well have always been so nice to take care of all my questions, appointments, concerns. Every price I've been given has been fair and the service is second to none. I definitely recommend going in to see them and don't feel pressured at all cause that isn't their motto. Thank you everyone at jim Thompson for my 10th+ purchase and I'm sure many more.

stop harrasing me u guys send me emails about junk all the time i get letters in the mail all the time from u guys MY BROTHER OWNS A MECHANISM SHOP I'M NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU STOP HARRASING ME. tame my name email and phone number out of your system and piss off

it's not really the point I'm getting stuff but when I tell the guy on the phone over and over again and he still goes on once I say no dont keep going on and on i had to hang up on him because he just kept trying to sell me stuff once someone says no they don't want to buy a car dont keep pushing them thats HORRIBLE customer service

I bought my truck in 2013 I have had nothing but great service. Not that I have needed much my truck is a gem. Would recomend the dodge ram to anyone wanting a great truck.

Terrible. Dont stand behind the cars they sell at all. They are great up to the point of sale then the sleazy car sales tactics start. Will never buy from here again.
