Jim Thompson Chrysler are great to deal with, each individual will bend over backwards to do all they can to ensure you are happy with the services provided.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall .. dropped it off at 930 am. . It's 130 pm still waiting and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. . What was the point on making a appointment?.. I'll never buy a vehicle here again

We purchased a vehicle recently from Car Loft which is owned by Jim Thompson. Almost immeditaly started noticing isssues with the heating and cooling system. We called the dealership and got the run around. Eventually they sent us in to the Jim Thompson service department where they discovered the issue. The dealership now wants us to pay a 2000 dollar repair that they knew the vehicle needed when they sold it to us but withheld this info from us at purchase. Filing a complaint against dealership. They only care about the sale here and any issue you have afterwords is just an opportunity to rip you off for more of your money.

It is an unfortunate reality in this business that vehicles have mechanical issues. That is why we offer all our clients many options with warranties and explain in detail the advantage of purchasing and the disadvantages of not. It is impossible to predict when something may fail in the future and equally as impossible to say the issue was a pre-existing one, three months later. As always, we are willing to help our clients and would be happy to do the repair at a discounted rate. Please contact us should you wish to make an appointment. - S Binnie, General Manager

Dean in sales is great straight shooter and no games and I really like my ram pick up's I'm on my third ram sport and looking at a 2017. But they have the worst service department I've ever seen and this is evident from all the comments and reviews here. I find it shocking that I'm actually relieved my truck is off warranty so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I've wasted so much of my time on multiple visits for the same problem. Before they'll finally fix it. I would think with the Internet and the fact that you can buy a new vehicle anywhere for the same price that service would be a major priority in making sure that people want to buy at your dealer. I'm thinking after 15 years of driving rams maybe it's time to try a ford.
