Had a great experience with sales but service on the other hand sucks.Paid for a oil change twice and they dumped oil all over my engine twice. I won't make the mistake of bringing it there again.

I've been a customer of theirs for the last 6 years. Did not have many positive experiences with them. I've bought and serviced 2 minivans and 2 trucks from them. On one of the minivans (2 years ago), I had the van at home registered in my name, insured and had a completed signed deal with them, I got a call from the salesperson who said he had me sign the wrong contract and had charged me $1000 too little, he wanted me to come in and give him a cheque to cover the difference. When I refused their sales manager told me I had no ethics and that they would be losing money on the deal. Just recently I went in, I wanted to trade my truck in for a newer one with more options. The salesman said he didn't have what I wanted but could sell me another truck, I told him I wasn't interested in what he had and if he could check around and call me when he found what I was looking for. After a week of not hearing from him, I went back in to ask if he had found anything. He said that there were no trucks available with the options that I wanted and proceeded to push another truck on me. I decided to do a search on my own of the local dealers in the area. I found 33 trucks that matched what I was looking for. It took me less than 5 minutes to do the search. I ended up buying a truck in Mississauga, from Teamchrysler.ca which they had no problems delivering here to me in Kingston, fully knowing that I probably would not be a repeat customer for them, and that I would not have the truck serviced by them. I also encountered many problems while having my vehicles serviced there. There was almost always garbage left in my vehicle when they were done. I was overcharged on many occasions, and recently they replaced the hood on my truck under warranty for premature rusting. When I picked up the truck, there were parts left on my dashboard, I drove away only to have the hood liner fall into my engine and make a huge mess, and again on this occasion they left garbage behind in my truck. I stopped in yesterday to talk to their manager about the problems that I had been having with them, he said he would have the owner call me, but of course no call as of yet. I am done with this dealership, and would recommend that it be avoided. They used to be good when they were actually owned and operated by Jim Thompson, they still use his good name but the dealership has changed hands twice since. Just posting this as a warning to those who may be thinking of frequenting this dealership.
