Had a rusted seem inside the hatch of my 2016 Jeep Patriot. It's covered with under warranty. Told the first time by Jim Thompson it wasn't. Took it back and they said it was. Then they took pictures and said they would send off the claim. They didn't and can't seem to recall me at all. Lmao. So I call Head Office in Windsor and got a claim manager. She suggested I take to the other dealership in Kingston, ON. I did so and 20 minutes later it was approved for repair. Thank You Kingston Dodge. I love Jeep but customer service may keep me from buying another one.
