We received great detail about the new Accords, especially the different Tourings, including features such as Nav system, music, safety, cameras. Saju helped us understand the differences between various cars we were interested in which helped us decide on the 2 cars we bought.

The service was great, with excellent price (2-year maintenance), and a courteous Technician. I also received the letter reminding me to bring my car to Roadsport Honda Dealer for a discout. Overall, this is a great dealer with great service.

On one of my visits, I was the first to arrive at 06:30 hours. The second person was a white gentle man. When the door was open at 07:30, Mr. Tiger took the white man first. But, knowing that I came first, the white man sent me first. From this incident, you can know what kind of service you give to some of your customers

It was a recall issue on my CRV. The replacement of the airbag was quick and effortless. It took the airbag 6-8 months to arrive to the dealership though, which was pretty long. People on the phone were nice the entire time but not enough notice to customer. I had to call myself everytime to find out about an update. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Tony was easy to speak to. New his product and had a pleasant easy manner. Did not rush me or try to up sell. Allin all a pleasant transaction.
