Andy is a great car salesman. He offered his clients with value added advice that had turned the car-buying into a great experience. He is friendly and courteous and always offer tips to clients' best interest in car's functionality and maintenance. He is very knowledgeable on the cars' functionality and offered great help to the clients. I am very satisfied with the service that Andy had provided to me.

Tiger was very courteous and communicated well about what were done and what still to be done. He also suggested that we go back for the winter tire installation cost of which has already been included. Will definitely go back to him again.

Will was very helpful and explained things to me clearly. He offered me a shuttle ride but I opted to wait at the garage. It look a long time to get the service done (2 hrs) but that's certainly not because of will.

Poor Customer Service

Your dealership installed a set of wheel lock nut. I ask for the 4 pcs. wheel nut that were replaced by the lock nut to be mailed to me instead of wasting another trip to the dealership. His response to me over the phone was that the dealership can't mail it as he don't have any shipping boxes/bubble envelope and I have to come and pick it up. The dealership committed already a mistake of not returning to the customer the original part and yet the customer has to be inconvenienced to return to the dealer to correct the shortcoming made by the dealer. So I have set another day to drive to the dealership to pick up the wheel nut ( which in the first place is supposed to be returned to the customer. It is standard practice of dealership to return to the customer any original parts taken from the vehicle that were replaced by accessories).

Service was fine but took longer than the promise time. Ended up waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change and rust check. Can't tell if the rust have been checked or sprayed if there were area that needs spraying. Would come back if the service was faster.
