Took my car back one week later after purchase because speaker was having issues on right passenger side Also noticed passenger driver seat was over heating when vehicle did not come with heated seats. The service technician was quit a smart ass made feel stupid the way he spoke to me like I was an idiot. He didn't even look into the issue. I later realized when I left, only the driver seat of my car had a button for heated seat which is very peculiar for a 2012 Civic LX. Looks like I solved my own problem never bringing my car backto the service at that location again. Other than that Dave from sales and the rest of the team were great! thank you I love my car Nubia Ramphal

Inefficient

I had an appointment to do 2 things. One was a seatbelt change because it was frayed. Second was a engine cover change as it was leaking. I came in for the appointment and was told the engine cover is not in stock. So now I have to make another appointment to change the engine cover, which is an inconvenience. I'm still waiting on that engine cover and it has been months.
