I would highly recommend Julia Lioris at Acura Hamilton, she just sold me a beautiful TLX. She was amazing, so nice and she had no problem answering all questions. She will make your car buying an easy process!

Brought car in for transmission change, got the run aroud for two and a half months finally got the car back the positive battery terminal cover is broken, multiple clips inside are broken, my right side blindspot sensor no longer works. There is a HUGE clunk and crushing noise when the wheel is turned all the way to the right. I gave that's guys a guy with transmissions problems received a car back with 10x more problems and the transmission is STILL not fixed. Kirsten is EXCEPTIONALLY rude, and uneducated in automotive and this is extremely evident by how upset she gets when you ask her any questions she doesn't know the answers to (which is all of them) they are disorganized, have zero communication,play childish games with the phones and treat thier general workplace as a high school environment. I have zero clue how Chris bolton, jenny or especially Kirsten have jobs .......these guys butchered my car and passed it off as it was either always like that or my fault after after only a week and a half of having the car back! Edit: Update upon inspection tonight, I have discovered the swaybar links was NOT connected and left hanging, been driving this car for two weeks with my two year old daughter in the back,second of all the car reeked of smoke the moment I stepped into it, it was the first thing I noticed. Third me and my wife both noticed the rim damage how dare you try to blame that on me? You guys didn't bother to do a walk around so we were both on the same page as to the condition of the rims otherwise it would have been obvious it wasn't caused by me, notice how my car has zero rim damage ? Also show me what/where I have signed? you guys passed me my keys when I got there and and told me to go find my car which took me 25 minutes because it was parked at the very very back I even had Kirsten beside me after parking the courtesy vehicle who said " I don't know maybe it's somewhere over there" I have pictures of proof of the work done by you guys and the floating sway bar links... I think the fact is and will remain, you guys treat people exceptionally poorly and disrespectfully the fact you support such behavior is amazing to me I'm sad to see where Acura has gone as they used to be my favorite car makers..... regardless I am an Acura customer, the fact you said "even though you're a first time customer" speaks immense volumes to everyone reading this and how your establishment see us as and how they will treat you regardless if you support the brand.

First off I am sorry that the repair took as long as it did. We were waiting on back ordered parts to come in for the repair on your vehicle so we can only do so much at that point. We did a bunch of repairs for you even though the warranty was expired even with you being a first time customer here. We did provide you with a brand new loaner vehicle for the time that we had yours here at no cost to you. The condition of our loaner vehicle when returned was nothing short of disrespectful as the interior was completely filthy with dirt and ashes everywhere. There was damage on two rims and the car was obviously smoked in which goes against our courtesy car policy that you signed and agreed to when picking up the vehicle. We went above and beyond with our courtesy and service to you even after the way you treated some of our staff on different phone conversations. Unfortunately sometimes relationships just don’t work out between the business and clients and this seems to be one of those times. We wish you good luck in the future with your vehicle service.
