I met Julia Lioris when my wife bought her RDX recently. I told her to give me a shout when the new TLX comes out and she called me the same day the delivery truck got to her dealership. Talk about speedy service! From start to end, Julia was on top of her game and I wouldn't have it any other way. The whole experience with her was just fantastic. Julia's my go-to for Acura and I recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit, not just her, but the dealership as well. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was there to help us, not pressure us into buying unlike some other dealerships we've visited. I can say with certainty that they've made my wife and I lifelong customers. Thanks Julia and to everyone else!

My overall experience with Acura of Hamilton has been pleasant. My sales representative was Julia Lioris and she acted in a quick and timely manner. My experience was performed fully on line aside from picking up the vehicle and signing all the necessary documents at pick up. This is due to the fact that I live out of province. Julia was able to answer all questions I had about the vehicle and the details of our arrangement. Also another noteworthy individual; Emily Berry was able to help me with all of my concerns in regards to the financial aspect of the deal, she was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made sure that communication was Clear and concise and that I understood everything that was to come. Despite being a first for me the online car shopping experience was made that much more better with the help of an excellent sales rep and assosciates.

I highly recommend this dealer as I had great purchases experience in this Hamilton location. last month I brought pre-owned RDX and one of the salesperson Malek made my purchase very present and smooth. He is frequently and knowledgeable.
