Buying a vehicle at Acura of Hamilton was a very pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of working with Julia Lioris. Julia Was highly proactive,responsive and knowledgeable in helping me find the car I was looking for. I highly recommend contacting her when looking for your next vehicle.

Just bought a car with Malek as a sales person. He was great. He was available 24/7 and was always there for questions. Would recommend him 100 percent. The dealership fixed some stone chips for us which was a nice surprise. Car was ready and amazingly clean! Thanks Malek!

I was fortunate to work with Julia Lioris and Sam Sferrazza @ Acura Hamilton towards my first Acura RDX. Julia was very helpful and understanding about what I want. I was hesitant about after sales service, but got tested after a few days. I've learned that people will forget what they say and did. But I will never forget how you guys made me feel that day. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended .

Service people could be a bit more friendly. Been there half a dozen times and I've never been greeted, they just stare at me and watch me walk by.

Hi Dale! Thanks for the feedback. We have four people that watch over our service area all the time. It is our top priority to see that everyone is greeted right away. I can see if maybe you had to wait possibly a minute if on the odd occasion that all the staff were away from the counter but that doesn’t happen often. I do apologize if that did happen to you as we always try to keep at least one staff member at the counter at all times.
